Specialist<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to support payroll administration, benefits, and processes related to personnel management for 123GO Mexico.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This position will be responsible for coordinating payroll-related information, maintaining employee records, supporting HR administrative processes, and working closely with external providers responsible for payroll and labor compliance services.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable person, capable of handling confidential information and providing efficient support to company employees.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This position will play a key role in the employee experience and the smooth functioning of administrative processes related to Human Resources and Finance.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><h4><b>What You'll Do<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate and prepare necessary information for payroll processes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span onboarding and offboarding processes of employees from an administrative and payroll perspective.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate with external vendors responsible for payroll and labor compliance processes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review and validate employee payment information before processing.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate the generation, distribution, and tracking of payroll CFDI, as well as support the correction of related incidents when necessary.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, vacation, benefits, and employment documentation.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow up on processes related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other labor obligations when applicable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support employee benefits administration and communication.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee information.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate with Human Resources on initiatives related to personnel administration and internal compliance.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and payroll, personnel administration, Human Resources, or related areas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">General knowledge of Mexican labor law and payroll processes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience managing labor documentation and employee
