Specialist<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to support the control and reconciliation of financial transactions related to deposits, withdrawals, and movements processed through our various payment providers.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational records, identifying discrepancies, investigating differences, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure proper reconciliation of funds and transactions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are looking for an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented person, capable of working with large volumes of information and maintaining high standards of accuracy and control.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This position will play an important role in the financial integrity of the operation and in the proper management of processes related to payments and reconciliations.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><h4><b>What You'll Do<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform daily reconciliations of deposits, withdrawals, and transactions processed by payment providers.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compare information between operating platforms, payment providers, banks, and internal records.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identify, investigate, and document differences or discrepancies found during reconciliation processes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow up on issues related to missing payments, duplicate transactions, chargebacks, adjustments, operational errors, or balance discrepancies.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate with Payments, Finance, Fraud, AML, and Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies and issues.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support reconciliations related to SPEI, bank transfers, cash deposits, cards, chargebacks, and other available payment methods.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain accurate records and documentation of reconciliations performed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare periodic reports related to reconciliations, variances, and operational adjustments.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support operational and financial closing processes related to payments.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal controls and reconciliation procedures.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight:
