About the Position
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support payroll administration, benefits, and processes related to personnel management for 123GO Mexico.
This position will be responsible for coordinating payroll-related information, maintaining employee records, supporting HR administrative processes, and working closely with external providers responsible for payroll and labor compliance services.
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable person, capable of handling confidential information and providing efficient support to company employees.
This position will play a key role in the employee experience and the smooth functioning of administrative processes related to Human Resources and Finance.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and prepare necessary information for payroll processes.
- Maintain updated records of employees, contracts, and labor documentation.
- Follow up on issues related to attendance, vacations, leaves, and disabilities.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees from an administrative and payroll perspective.
- Coordinate with external vendors responsible for payroll and labor compliance processes.
- Review and validate employee payment information before processing.
- Coordinate the generation, distribution, and tracking of payroll CFDI, as well as support the correction of related incidents when necessary.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, vacation, benefits, and employment documentation.
- Follow up on processes related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other labor obligations when applicable.
- Support employee benefits administration and communication.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on initiatives related to personnel administration and internal compliance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and payroll processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in payroll, personnel administration, Human Resources, or related areas.
- General knowledge of Mexican labor law and payroll processes.
- Experience managing labor documentation and employee records.
- Basic knowledge of payroll CFDI, IMSS, and INFONAVIT will be considered an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
- Good communication and employee service skills.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish.
- Basic or intermediate English knowledge.
