About the Position

We are looking for a Reception Executive to be 123GO's first impression for visitors, candidates, suppliers, and business partners.

This role will play an important part in creating a professional, organized, and welcoming environment within our Monterrey office. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys interacting with people while supporting the daily operations of the business.

What You'll Do

• Receive and welcome visitors, candidates, and vendors.
• Manage telephone calls and channel inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate visitor access and registration.
• Support the organization of meetings and internal events.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
• Maintain the reception and common areas organized and presentable.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or administration.
• Excellent service attitude and professional treatment.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities.
• Basic office tool and email management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
