About the Position

The first few months of a new operation are the most vulnerable. The most sophisticated bettors identify incorrect limits and exposure windows before anyone else notices. We are looking for a Sports Risk Operator who knows how to read the markets before they move and who understands that every limit decision has a direct impact on the business margins.

This position will be responsible for monitoring betting markets in real-time, managing risk limits, identifying suspicious behavior, and coordinating with the Risk and Sports Integrity Manager to make timely and informed exposure decisions.

We are looking for a person with solid knowledge of sports markets, an analytical mindset, and the ability to act quickly and with good judgment in a continuous operation environment.

What You'll Do

• Real-time monitoring of betting activity and sportsbook exposure.
• Manage and adjust betting limits according to identified risk patterns.
• Identify suspicious activity, arbitrage behavior, and syndicate betting.
• Coordinate with the Head of Risk and Sports Integrity to escalate critical cases.
• Analyze sports markets and anticipate exposures in high-volume events.
• Support the definition of risk rules and market limits in coordination with trading providers.
• Maintain records of risk decisions, limit adjustments, and identified patterns.
• Prepare risk activity and exposure results reports.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in sports risk operations, trading, or bet monitoring.
• Solid knowledge of sports markets and bettor behavior.
• Analytical ability and skill in making quick decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with risk management tools and sportsbook platforms.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and special events.
• Intermediate or advanced English.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
