Professional Opportunity

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE MANAGER

About the Position

Operating a SEGOB-licensed sportsbook in Mexico isn't simple — and that's precisely why we need someone who can turn regulatory compliance into a competitive advantage, not an obstacle. We're looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who wants to build this function from the ground up in an operation with a vision for leadership in LATAM.

This position will be responsible for managing compliance with SEGOB, coordinating licensing processes, implementing internal compliance policies, and acting as a liaison with regulatory authorities and external legal advisors.

We are looking for a person with profound knowledge of Mexico's gaming regulatory framework, leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate legal requirements into clear and efficient operational processes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage regulatory compliance with the Ministry of the Interior and other competent authorities.
  • Monitor license obligations, periodic reports, and renewal processes.
  • Implement and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Coordinate the reporting of suspicious operations to the UIF in collaboration with the AML team.
  • Act as liaison with external legal counsel, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor changes in gambling legislation in Mexico and evaluate their impact on operations.
  • Train internal teams on compliance requirements and regulatory best practices.
  • Support internal and external audits related to compliance and licensing.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in regulatory compliance, corporate law, or license management, preferably in the Mexican gaming industry.
  • Knowledge of SEGOB's regulatory framework and current legislation on gambling.
  • Ability to interpret legal regulations and translate them into operational processes.
  • Communication and leadership skills for working with internal teams and external authorities.
  • Attention to detail and document management skills.
  • Intermediate or advanced English (written).
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills.
  • Statutory benefits in accordance with Mexican labor law.
  • Hybrid model with in-person support two days per week.
  • Strategic role with direct impact on the company's licensing and operational sustainability.
  • iGaming Regulatory Environment in Mexico and LATAM Expansion Outlook.
  • A project where every person counts and every decision matters.
  • Professional development opportunities as the company continues to expand.
