About the Position

A company operating in a regulated environment needs robust controls from day one, not when problems already exist. We are looking for an Internal Control Analyst who wants to document, evaluate, and strengthen 123GO's processes and understands that good internal control is the foundation of a scalable operation.

This position will be responsible for mapping key processes, identifying operational risks, supporting internal audits, and contributing to the development of a culture of control and continuous improvement from the early stages.

We are looking for a methodical, analytical person with skills in clearly and structurally documenting complex processes.

What You'll Do

• Document key operational processes for all areas of the company.
• Identify operational risks, deficient controls, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls in coordination with each area.
• Prepare and execute internal audit plans on critical processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Payments, and Operations on control reviews.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and approved procedures.
• Prepare reports of findings, recommendations, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Support the company in preparing for external audits and regulatory reviews.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in internal control, auditing, finance, or risk management.
• Ability to document complex processes in a structured and clear manner.
• Analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO or equivalents) will be considered an advantage.
• Attention to detail, methodological rigor, and the ability to work independently.
• Basic or intermediate English.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
