About the Position

This position will work closely with the Affiliate Manager to coordinate partner relationships, support promotional campaigns, manage operational activities, and ensure effective communication across our affiliate network.
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual who can manage multiple business relationships and contribute to the growth of one of the company's key acquisition channels.
This position involves direct contact with affiliates, tracking platforms, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of commercial and promotional initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day management of 123GO's affiliate network.
- Coordinate the onboarding and activation process for new affiliates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with affiliates to address inquiries and follow up on requests.
- Communicate and coordinate activities with affiliates across WhatsApp, Telegram, and other digital communities used by content creators, tipsters, and business partners.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, bonuses, marketing materials, and commercial initiatives with affiliates.
- Manage tracking links, promotional materials, and requests related to marketing campaigns.
- Monitor affiliate performance and prepare regular reports on activity and results.
- Follow up on administrative processes related to affiliates, including documentation, contracts, and payment requests.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Content, and Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Support the review of promotional materials and affiliate activities to ensure compliance with Responsible Gaming requirements, responsible advertising, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Follow up on issues related to affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and reports.
- Contribute to the identification of growth opportunities within the affiliate program.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to affiliates and commercial activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, business development, sales, or related fields.
- Experience managing relationships with clients, business partners, or vendors.
- Habilidades organizativas y capacidad para coordinar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Ability to analyze information and prepare basic performance reports.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, or digital marketing will be considered an advantage.
- Interest or experience in digital entertainment, sports betting, online casino, or related industries will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish.
- Professional English proficiency.
