CRM SPECIALIST


About the Position

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to help us build long-lasting client relationships through communication, retention, and loyalty strategies.

This position will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns, managing customer segments, and optimizing automated customer journeys designed to improve the customer experience and strengthen customer loyalty.

We are looking for an analytical, organized, and results-oriented professional with an interest in leveraging data to improve communication and customer engagement with the brand.

What You'll Do

  • Manage CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Execute onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Create and maintain customer segments based on behavior and activity.
  • Analyze results and optimize campaigns using data and performance metrics.
  • Support the implementation of automations and customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Affiliate, and Customer Support teams.
  • Contribute to improving the overall customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in CRM, digital marketing, automation, or customer retention.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and automation tools.
  • Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
  • Experience working with customer segmentation and campaign management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
