About the Position

We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead the growth, acquisition, and positioning strategy for 123GO in Mexico.

This position will be part of the 123GO Mexico leadership team and will have a direct impact on the company's growth and development strategy.

This position will be responsible for defining the company's commercial and marketing vision, overseeing customer acquisition and retention initiatives, managing budgets, leading teams, and directly contributing to the sustainable growth of the business.

We are looking for a person with strategic vision, demonstrated leadership, and a strong ability to transform business objectives into measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Define and lead the overall marketing strategy for the Mexican market.
• Design initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Oversee the CRM, Affiliates, Content, Digital Marketing, and future marketing functions.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource investment.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Develop and strengthen the brand positioning of 123GO in Mexico.
• Lead, develop, and expand the marketing team as the company continues to grow.
• Establish performance indicators and evaluate the return on investment of marketing initiatives.
• Present results, analysis, and recommendations to company management.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Product, and other key areas to drive business objectives.
