About the Position

We are looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to support technological operations and provide support to the different teams at 123GO in Mexico.

This position will work closely with the Technology team to help maintain IT infrastructure, support users, and ensure that the systems and tools used throughout the business operate efficiently.

We are looking for someone with an interest in technology, a service-oriented attitude, and a desire for professional development in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide first-level technical support to company employees.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer equipment and technological devices.
• Support user administration, access, and permissions.
• Follow up on incidents and support requests.
• Collaborate on software and hardware installations, updates, and maintenance.
• Support technology inventory control and asset documentation.
• Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Contribute to the implementation of good IT security practices.
• Participate in technological projects and operational improvements.

• Professional command of Spanish.
