About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to support 123GO's technological infrastructure and IT operations in Mexico.

This position will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and security of the technology systems that support our daily operations while working closely with different departments to provide technical support and maintain a reliable and efficient technology environment.

We are looking for a person with strong technical knowledge, service orientation, and the ability to solve problems in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain the company's technological infrastructure.
• Manage computing equipment, networks, users, and access.
• Monitor the availability and operation of critical systems.
• Provide technical support to collaborators and different business areas.
• Coordinate hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Implement and maintain technology security controls.
• Manage technological inventories and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technology vendors and external partners as needed.
• Support initiatives related to operational continuity and incident recovery.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in systems administration, technological infrastructure, or IT support.
• Knowledge of networks, operating systems, hardware, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience managing users, permissions, and access.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Knowledge of good IT security practices.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
