Senior Systems Administrator

About the position

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support the 123GO technology infrastructure and IT operations in Mexico.

This position will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and security of the technological systems that support our daily operations, collaborating with different departments to provide technical support and maintain a reliable and efficient technological environment.

We are looking for a person with solid technical knowledge, service orientation, and the ability to solve problems in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain the company's technological infrastructure.
• Manage computer teams, networks, users, and access.
• Monitor the availability and operation of critical systems.
• Provide technical support to collaborators and different business areas.
• Coordinate installations, configurations, and hardware and software updates.
• Implement and maintain technological security controls.
• Manage technological inventories and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technology providers and external partners when necessary.
• Support initiatives related to operational continuity and incident recovery.

What we are looking for

• Experience in system administration, technological infrastructure or IT support.
• Knowledge of networks, operating systems, hardware, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience administering users, permissions, and access.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Knowledge of good computer security practices.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional mastery of Spanish and English.
