Project Manager and Integrations

About the position

We are looking for a Project Manager and Integrations to act as the main link between 123GO and our technology partners, suppliers, and strategic third parties.

This position will play a fundamental role in coordinating integrations, managing incidents, tracking projects, and communicating with external suppliers, ensuring that initiatives are implemented efficiently and within the established deadlines.

We are looking for an organized, results-oriented person with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and coordinating teams in different countries and time zones.

This position will work closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing directly to the company's operational and technological success.

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, technology partners, and strategic third parties.
• Manage tickets, incidents, and internal and external escalation processes.
• Coordinate projects related to integrations, developments, and technological improvements.
• Follow up on roadmaps, deliverables, and deadlines committed by suppliers.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient execution.
• Monitor the progress of projects and provide periodic updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and propose solutions to minimize delays or incidents.
• Keep updated documentation related to projects, integrations, and processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Payments, CRM, and other areas as needed.
• Ensure that integrations and strategic projects are implemented correctly and within the agreed deadlines.
• Facilitate follow-up meetings and coordinate action plans with internal and external teams.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in project management, supplier management, account management or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, Trello or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively with international and remote teams.
• Analytical skills and a focus on problem solving.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, payments or iGaming will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working with multicultural and multinational teams will be highly valued.
• Professional mastery of English (required).
• Spanish will be considered an advantage.
