About the Position

We are looking for a Sportsbook Manager to lead 123GO's sports betting operation in Mexico.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily performance of the sportsbook, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, managing incidents, and contributing to the development of a competitive and reliable experience for our customers.

Will also participate in the construction of the 123GO Sportsbook team and the definition of its operational processes from the early stages.

We are looking for someone with experience in sportsbooks, solid product knowledge, and strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

What You'll Do

• Supervise the daily operation of the sportsbook.
• Monitor bet volume, margin, exposure, markets, and results.
• Coordinate with the Trading, Risk, Product, and Technology teams.
• Manage incidents with suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare the operation for high-traffic sporting events.
• Develop operational processes, reports, and indicators.
• Participate in the hiring and development of the Sportsbook team.
• Identify opportunities for product and operational improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in sportsbook operations, trading, or sports risk management.
• Market knowledge, shares, margins, exposure, and limits.
• Analytical skills and results orientation.
• Experience coordinating suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of the main sports and relevant events for Mexico.
• Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Conversational English, primarily written, will be considered a plus.
• Experience with Sportradar Managed Trading Services will be considered a plus.
