Manager of Payment and Risk Operations

About the position

We are seeking a Payments and Risk Operations Manager to lead the deposit, withdrawal, and risk control operations related to our players from our office in Monterrey.

This position will be responsible for building and overseeing the operational payment processes, managing incidents with suppliers, and ensuring a fast, secure, and efficient experience for our customers.

We are looking for a person with experience in digital payments, fintech, banking, payment methods, or iGaming, capable of building processes from scratch and working in a dynamic environment.

What you will do

• Lead the daily operation of deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor incidents of failed, pending, rejected, or reversed payments.
• Managing and escalating incidents with payment service providers (PSPs).
• Monitor processing times and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate reviews related to payment risk, fraud, and irregular transactional behavior.
• Working with KYC, PLD/AML and Customer Service in cases that require additional review.
• Design procedures, controls, and escalation matrices.
• Monitor KPIs for payments, withdrawals, incidents, and operational risk.
• Train and develop the team as the operation grows.

What we are looking for

• Experience in payment operations, fintech, banking, payment methods, e-commerce or iGaming.
• Experience working with deposits, withdrawals, PSPs, or transactional processes.
• Knowledge of payment risk, fraud, and KYC.
• Ability to investigate and resolve operational incidents.
• Experience leading teams or operational processes.
• Intermediate or advanced English.
• Professional mastery of Spanish.
