About the Position

We are looking for a Casino Operations Manager to lead operations related to our online casino product in Mexico.

This position will be responsible for overseeing product performance, managing provider relationships, supporting promotional initiatives, and ensuring an engaging and reliable customer experience.

We are looking for someone with commercial vision, analytical ability, and a passion for creating high-quality entertainment experiences.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations related to the online casino product.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.
• Monitor game, category, and provider performance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Customer Support to develop business initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of casino-related promotions.
• Analyze performance indicators and prepare periodic reports.
• Participate in the launch of new products, features, and vendors.
• Contribute to the growth and positioning of the casino vertical within the company.
