Casino Operations Manager

About the position

We are looking for a Casino Operations Manager to lead the operations related to our online casino product in Mexico.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the product, coordinating relationships with suppliers, supporting promotional initiatives, and ensuring an attractive and reliable experience for our customers.

We are looking for a person with a commercial vision, analytical skills, and a passion for creating high-quality entertainment experiences.

What you will do

• Supervise the daily operations related to the online casino product.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.
• Monitor the performance of games, categories, and providers.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Customer Service to develop business initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of casino-related promotions.
• Analyze performance indicators and prepare periodic reports.
• Participate in the launch of new products, features, and providers.
• Contribute to the growth and positioning of the casino vertical within the company.

What we are looking for

• Experience in online casino operations, gaming, digital entertainment, or similar industries.
• Analytical ability and a focus on results.
• Experience managing suppliers or business relationships.
• Leadership and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work with different areas of the business.

• Professional mastery of Spanish and English.
