About the Position

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to lead the growth and development of our affiliate channel in Mexico.

This position will be responsible for building strategic relationships with affiliates, content creators, digital media partners, and influencers, directly contributing to customer acquisition and the sustainable growth of the business.

We are looking for someone with business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong results orientation.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the affiliate strategy for the Mexican market.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with affiliates, digital media, and influencers.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize acquisition campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and return on investment.
• Coordinate campaigns and promotions together with the Marketing and CRM teams.
• Identify new growth and expansion opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

• Experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing strategic relationships.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented.
• Digital marketing knowledge and acquisition channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
