No position at 123GO exists in isolation. From Customer Service to Systems, from Marketing to Operations, the work of each area depends on the other areas functioning well. That’s why we prioritize clear and direct communication over bureaucracy — if something can be resolved with a five-minute conversation, it doesn’t need a week-long email chain.

We are building an operation from scratch in Mexico, which means that not everything is yet written in a manual. We value people who identify a problem and propose a solution, rather than waiting for someone else to tell them exactly what to do. That doesn’t mean working without direction—it means relying on the judgment of each person within their area.
