About the Position
We are looking for an AML and Responsible Gaming Analyst to support our compliance, customer protection, and risk management programs.
This position will be responsible for reviewing customer documentation, monitoring transactional activity, investigating alerts, and supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Responsible Gaming initiatives.
We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented person committed to regulatory compliance and customer protection.
What You'll Do
- Review and validate customer identification and verification documentation.
- Monitor customer activity to identify unusual or high-risk behaviors.
- Investigate alerts related to AML, fraud, and suspicious activities.
- Support due diligence and risk assessment processes.
- Manage requests related to Responsible Gaming and customer protection.
- Maintain records and documentation of investigations and reviews.
- Collaborate with different areas to strengthen compliance controls.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes and procedures.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in AML, KYC, compliance, fraud prevention, risk, payments, or similar areas.
- Analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Experience reviewing documentation and investigating cases.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Interest in regulatory compliance, customer protection, and risk management.
- Professional command of Spanish and English.
