Build the Human Resources department for Equipo123GO in Mexico.

At Equipo123GO, we are building a new sports betting and online casino operation for the Mexican market.

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who wants to lead the creation and development of the HR department from its early stages.

We are not looking for a profile solely focused on the daily operations of Human Resources. We are looking for a professional with strategic vision, experience building teams, and the ability to develop the Human Resources structure that will support the organization's growth.

You will work directly with the Director's Office and collaborate with the leaders of each area to attract, develop, and strengthen the team that will bring Equipo123GO to life in Mexico.

Your mission

Design, implement, and lead the company's Human Resources strategy, ensuring Equipo123GO has the structure, processes, and talent necessary for sustainable growth.

What you will do

• Design and develop the Human Resources department in Mexico.
• Define and implement the talent attraction and acquisition strategy.
• Build and develop the Recruitment and Human Resources area, defining the structure and team that will support the organization's growth.
• Supervise recruitment processes for operational, specialized, and managerial positions.
• Participate in the design of organizational structures, salary bands, and compensation strategies.
• Develop policies, processes, and initiatives that strengthen our employees' experience.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and best HR practices.
• Work closely with Management on topics related to organizational growth, talent planning, and team development.

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a Human Resources department or division.
• Experience building or developing Human Resources areas during organizational growth processes.
• Experience leading recruitment strategies for operational, specialized, and managerial positions.
• Experience in salary structures, compensation, and organizational development.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law.
• Business English.
• Availability to work under a hybrid model in Monterrey.

It would be a plus if you also have…

• Experience in technology, fintech, digital entertainment, or iGaming companies.
• Experience participating in the opening or expansion of operations.
• Experience implementing human resources metrics and processes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
