About the Position

We believe a responsible operator doesn't just meet regulation—they exceed it. We're looking for a Responsible Gaming Manager who wants to design a player protection program that is real, functional, and makes a difference in the Mexican market.

This position will be responsible for designing and implementing the Responsible Gaming program, managing self-exclusion requests, monitoring risk behaviors, and ensuring compliance with SEGOB requirements for player protection.

We are looking for a person committed to ethics, with analytical and communication skills, capable of building a robust Responsible Gaming program from its early stages.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement the Responsible Gaming Program for 123GO Mexico.
• Manage self-exclusion processes, deposit limits, and player control tools.
• Monitor and analyze risky behaviors in the player base.
• Ensure compliance with player protection requirements established by SEGOB.
• Coordinate with AML, Customer Support, and Payments teams to manage vulnerable player cases.
• Maintain an updated self-excluded player registry and ensure its enforcement across all channels.
• Prepare Responsible Gaming regulatory reports for competent authorities.
• Train the internal team in identifying at-risk behaviors and intervention protocols.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in Responsible Gaming programs, player protection, or compliance in the iGaming industry.
• Knowledge of Responsible Gaming Regulatory Requirements in Mexico (SEGOB).
• Empathy, professional ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive cases with discretion.
• Analytical skills to monitor player behavior and identify warning signs.
• Clear and effective communication skills with internal teams and external authorities.
• Basic or intermediate English.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
