Graphic Designer

About the position

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support the visual development of 123GO in Mexico.

This position will be responsible for creating graphic pieces for digital campaigns, social media, promotions, content, internal communications, and various marketing needs.

We are looking for a creative, organized person with the ability to work quickly and consistently, while maintaining a clear visual identity across all channels.

What you will do

• Designing graphic elements for digital campaigns and social media.
• Create banners, promotions, CRM materials, and visual content for various channels.
• Support the Marketing team in acquisition, retention and branding campaigns.
• Adapt designs to different formats, platforms, and sizes.
• Working together with Marketing, CRM, Social Media and Content.
• Maintain visual consistency across all pieces of the brand.
• Managing multiple requests and design priorities.
• Support internal materials, presentations, and corporate needs when necessary.

What we are looking for

• Experience in graphic design, digital design or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent tools.
• Experience creating pieces for social media, digital campaigns, and advertising.
• Good visual judgment, attention to detail, and a sense of composition.
• Ability to work with different formats and simultaneous deliveries.
• Organization, responsibility, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Updated portfolio with examples of work done.
• Experience in digital entertainment, sports, iGaming or consumer brands will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing will be considered an advantage.
• English will be considered an advantage.
