About the Position

We are looking for an SEO Manager to lead the organic positioning strategy for 123GO.mx in Mexico.

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth and turn this channel into one of the main drivers of new player acquisition for the company.

We are looking for a person with strategic vision, solid technical SEO knowledge, and a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying growth opportunities and working collaboratively with different teams to strengthen 123GO.mx's organic presence.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the SEO strategy for 123GO.mx.
• Identify growth opportunities through keyword research and search trend analysis.
• Monitor and optimize the site's technical SEO strategy.
• Collaborate with Technology, Marketing, Product, and Design teams to drive organic growth and new player acquisition.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize SEO strategy.
• Monitor positioning against competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and changes in search engines.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing SEO strategies for high-traffic websites or digital growth projects.
• Solid knowledge of technical SEO, web architecture, indexing, and search engine optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and convert it into growth strategies.
• Experience collaborating with Technology, Product, Design, and Marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Conversational English.
• Experience in iGaming or highly competitive digital industries will be considered an advantage.
