Marketing Executive

About the position

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support the execution of campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives for 123GO in Mexico.

This position will collaborate with different areas to coordinate marketing activities, track campaigns, and support the implementation of initiatives aimed at acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and results-oriented person with an interest in digital marketing, customer growth, and brand development.

This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the proper execution of projects and campaigns.

What you will do

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Support promotional campaigns related to sports betting, online casinos, sports events, and other digital entertainment initiatives.
• Coordinate materials, content, and promotional activities.
• Follow up on acquisition, retention and customer activation campaigns.
• Support initiatives related to CRM, affiliates, content, and social media.
• Coordinate activities with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Follow up on marketing projects and timelines.
• Support the organization of events, activations and brand actions.
• Ensure that materials, promotions, and marketing activities comply with the requirements of Responsible Gaming, responsible advertising, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the efficient execution of campaigns.
• Maintain documentation, materials, and records related to marketing activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and activities in the area.

What we are looking for

• Experience in marketing, advertising, communication or related fields.
• Interest in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
• Interest in the digital entertainment industry, sports betting, online casinos, or related sectors will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of digital tools and marketing platforms.
• Ability to work in dynamic and results-oriented environments.
• Professional mastery of Spanish.
• Professional mastery of English.
