Specialist in Computer Security

About the position

A gaming operator that processes financial and personal data from thousands of players cannot have weaknesses in cybersecurity. We are looking for a Computer Security Specialist who wants to protect the infrastructure of 123GO from the inside and who understands that in this business, security is not optional.

This position will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls, monitoring threats, managing incidents, and ensuring that the company complies with the security standards applicable to a regulated gaming operator.

We are looking for a person with technical experience in cybersecurity, the ability to respond quickly to incidents, and a preventive mindset aimed at protecting the business.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls in the company's infrastructure.
• Monitor systems, networks, and applications to detect threats and suspicious activities.
• Manage security incidents, coordinate responses, and document lessons learned.
• Administer endpoint protection tools, firewalls, VPNs, and authentication systems.
• Manage access, permissions, and information security policies in coordination with the IT team.
• Support the compliance with PCI DSS standards applicable to payment operations.
• Conduct periodic assessments of vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation plans.
• Train the internal team on good cybersecurity practices and awareness of threats.

What we are looking for

• Experience in cybersecurity, information security, or systems administration with a focus on security.
• Knowledge of endpoint protection tools, firewalls, SIEM, and access management.
• Understanding cybersecurity frameworks and industry best practices.
• Ability to respond to security incidents under pressure.
• Experience in regulated or high-security environments will be considered an advantage.
• Certifications in cybersecurity (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH or equivalent) will be an advantage.
• Intermediate or advanced English (reading technical documentation and standards).
• Professional mastery of Spanish.
