About the Position
A gaming operator that processes the financial and personal data of thousands of players cannot afford any cybersecurity weaknesses. We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist who wants to protect 123GO's infrastructure from the inside and understands that in this business, security is not optional.
This position will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls, monitoring threats, managing incidents, and ensuring the company complies with applicable security standards as a regulated gaming operator.
We are looking for a person with technical experience in cybersecurity, rapid incident response capabilities, and a preventive mindset focused on protecting the business.
What You'll Do
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls in the company's infrastructure.
- Monitor systems, networks, and applications to detect threats and suspicious activity.
- Manage security incidents, coordinate responses, and document lessons learned.
- Manage endpoint protection tools, firewalls, VPNs, and authentication systems.
- Manage access, permissions, and information security policies in coordination with the IT team.
- Support compliance with PCI DSS standards applicable to payment operations.
- Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation plans.
- Train the internal team on cybersecurity best practices and threat awareness.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in cybersecurity, information security, or systems administration with a focus on security.
- Knowledge of endpoint protection tools, firewalls, SIEM, and access management.
- Understanding Cybersecurity Frameworks and Industry Best Practices.
- Ability to respond to security incidents under pressure.
- Experience in regulated or high-security environments will be considered an advantage.
- Cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- Intermediate or advanced English (reading technical documentation and standards).
- Professional proficiency in Spanish.
