Customer Service Agent

About the position

We are looking for Customer Service Agents to help provide an exceptional experience for our users from day one.

This position will be responsible for assisting customers through various communication channels, resolving inquiries related to accounts, payments, promotions, and general support.

We are looking for people with a passion for service, a positive attitude and excellent communication skills who enjoy helping others and working in a dynamic environment.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and other customer service channels.
• Provide assistance related to account registration, access, payments, and promotions.
• Resolve requests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Escalating complex cases to the corresponding teams when necessary.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of interactions with customers.
• Support initiatives focused on improving the customer experience.
• Contribute to the fulfillment of the company's quality and service standards.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in customer service, customer service, call center, hospitality, banking or similar sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Availability to work in rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional mastery of Spanish.
