Cleaning Assistant and General Services

About the position

We are looking for a Cleaning and General Services Assistant to help us maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment in our office in Monterrey.

This position will play an important role in the well-being of our employees and in the overall presentation of our facilities. We are looking for a responsible, committed, and detail-oriented person who enjoys contributing to a pleasant work environment for everyone.

What you will do

• Keep work areas, meeting rooms, common areas, and rest areas clean and organized.
• Support the preparation of rooms for meetings, training, and internal events.
• Supervise and supply cleaning supplies and daily-use items.
• Support basic activities related to the organization of the facilities.
• Report maintenance needs or incidents related to the facilities.
• Collaborate on initiatives to maintain a safe and pleasant working environment.
• Support general activities related to the operation of the office when necessary.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in office cleaning, general services, basic maintenance, or similar functions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable person.
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with different areas of the company.
• Ability to perform physical activities related to the position.
• Professional mastery of Spanish.
