About the Position

We are looking for a Cleaning and General Services Assistant to help us maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment in our Monterrey office.

This role plays an important part in employee wellbeing and the overall presentation of our workplace. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in contributing to a positive working environment.

What You'll Do

• Keep work areas, meeting rooms, common areas, and break rooms clean and organized.
• Support the preparation of rooms for meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
• Supervise and replenish cleaning supplies and daily use items.
• Support basic activities related to facility organization.
• Report maintenance needs or issues related to the facilities.
• Collaborate on initiatives to maintain a safe and pleasant work environment.
• Support general office operations activities as needed.

• Ability to perform physical activities related to the position.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
