Specialist in Payment Operations

About the position

We are seeking a Payments Operations Specialist to support the daily management of deposits, withdrawals, and payment incidents from our office in Monterrey.

You will work directly with the Manager of Payments and Risk Operations, Customer Service, KYC and Compliance to ensure that our players' transactions are processed quickly and securely.

We are looking for an analytical, organized person with excellent attention to detail.

What you will do

• Monitor deposits and withdrawal requests.
• Review pending, failed, rejected, or reversed transactions.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to payments.
• Follow up on cases with payment service providers (PSPs).
• Conducting operational reviews before processing withdrawals.
• Identify unusual transactional behaviors and escalate the corresponding cases.
• Coordinate with KYC, Compliance, and Customer Service when necessary.
• Maintain clear records of cases and decisions.
• Comply with established procedures and service levels.

What we are looking for

• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, e-commerce, iGaming or similar operational areas.
• Experience reviewing transactions or resolving incidents will be considered an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of KYC, fraud or risk controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Good organization and ability to handle several cases simultaneously.
• Basic or intermediate English.
• Professional mastery of Spanish.
