About the Position

We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager to lead the financial function of 123GO in Mexico.

This position will be responsible for overseeing financial, accounting, tax, and administrative processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and the development of a strong financial infrastructure to support business growth.

We are looking for an analytical, organized, and results-oriented person with the ability to build processes, manage critical financial information, and support strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Supervise the company's financial and accounting activities.
• Manage budgets, projections, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial needs of the operation.
• Coordinate accounting processes, financial closings, and periodic reports.
• Oversee payroll, tax obligations, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with banks, payment providers, external accountants, and auditors.
• Implement financial controls and processes that support company growth.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

• Solid knowledge of tax, accounting, and labor regulations in Mexico.
