About the Position

We are looking for a Sports Risk and Integrity Manager to oversee processes related to risk management, monitoring of betting activity, and sports integrity within the 123GO operation.

This position will play a key role in protecting the business, identifying risk patterns, investigating suspicious activity, and strengthening internal controls related to sports betting operations.

We are looking for an analytical, objective, and decision-oriented individual, capable of working with large volumes of information and collaborating with different departments to protect business integrity.

This position will be part of the operational leadership team and will have a direct impact on protecting the operation and business sustainability.

What You'll Do

• Oversee processes related to sports risk and integrity.
• Monitor customer activity, betting patterns, and high-risk behaviors.
• Investigate suspicious activities, potential cases of abuse, arbitrage, or irregular behavior.
• Collaborate with Fraud, AML, Payments, and Customer Service teams on complex investigations.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and data to identify potential risks to the operation.
• Supervise controls related to sports betting and risk management.
• Maintain records and documentation related to investigations and actions taken.
• Support the definition and implementation of procedures and policies related to sporting integrity and risk.
• Coordinate communication with external vendors or partners when necessary.
• Prepare periodic reports and recommendations for company management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational controls and risk management processes.
