BOND ABUSE ANALYST

About the Position

Bonds are our most powerful acquisition channel—and one of the most vulnerable to abuse. We're looking for a Bond Abuse Analyst who wants to protect the profitability of our promotions and ensure our incentives reach the right players.

This position will be responsible for detecting, investigating, and managing bonus abuse cases in sportsbook and casino products, including multi-accounting, irregular promotion usage, and arbitrage behavior.

We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented person with a focus on business protection, capable of working with large volumes of data and identifying irregular behavior patterns.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor bonus usage in sportsbook and casino to identify patterns of abuse.
  • Investigate multi-accounting cases, bonus arbitrage, and irregular player behavior.
  • Coordinate with the Risk, Payments, CRM, and Customer Service teams to manage identified cases.
  • Review and propose updates to bonus rules to reduce vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze player behavior and transaction data to detect anomalies.
  • Maintain records and documentation of investigations and decisions made.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the impact of bonus abuse on profitability.
  • Propose improvements to bonus structures to optimize ROI and reduce exposure.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in fraud prevention, bonus control, risk, or similar areas.
  • Knowledge of bonus mechanics in sportsbook and casino.
  • Analytical ability to identify patterns of irregular behavior.
  • Ability to work with databases and analysis tools.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Basic or intermediate English.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish.
